I thought this message board could use a little masters love!
Masters Water Polo is the primary avenue of adult water polo in the US. From former Olympians and professionals down to the first timers, there truly is a club and tournament for everyone!
It could be worthwhile to share schedules/results of tournaments to increase visibility of them as well as the clubs that participate.
Some of the big masters tournaments around the country are:

- The Desert Duel - Tempe, AZ - Apr. 4-6, 2025
- USAWP Masters Nationals - SoCal - Jun. 13-15, 2025

- Dynamo Atlanta Cup - Atlanta, GA - Aug. 2025
- Team Vegas Founders Cup - Las Vegas, NV - Oct. 2025
- LAAC Bob Nealy Memorial Cup - Orange County, CA - Dec. 2025

Last weekend, 1/31 - 2/2, the Drew Bauer Invitational took place in Scottsdale, AZ.
This tournament honors the founder of the club and brought in 21 teams from as far away as Alaska and Boston!
The Open division was won by the Riverside Dirtbags and the Classic division was won by Calgary!

This weekend is the Spin Lob Classic in Austin, TX! While the big dogs will be duking it out in the new look National League, the next best thing will be going on in the Lone Star State.
Headlined by NYAC, Olympic Club, Alumni, Beef Boyz, and Club of Chicago, there should be plenty of competition!

The first weekend of the GOLS American League kicked off over the weekend, marking the third year of this competition. The American League strives to be premier competition bridging the gap between masters water polo and the USA Water Polo National League.

There was a masters tournament in Ogden, UT the first weekend of March. That tourney saw the Boise Masters team win over Salt Lake Water Polo in the championship game.

The Ohio Squirrels hosted the Nutty Invite in Cincinnati, OH on March 1-2. In the championship, Columbus took down the Ohio Squirrels 16-9. Here are scores for the whole tournament:

The Desert Duel took place in Tempe, AZ last weekend! This event has grown into one of the biggest events in the masters community and this year was another big success. Comprised of 48 teams competing across 5 divisions, teams from all over the US and Mexico traveled to the desert of Arizona for the weekend.
