Scholarship Limits Possibly Being Removed

This is pretty interesting development if it comes to fruition.

I am trying to figure out how this would affect water polo at the NCAA level.

You look at the rosters now and figure there would be programs (likely connected to an endowment) that may immediately offer more scholarship money to bring in additional talent. You also wonder if this change makes it even harder for some schools to compete though.
