Palos Verdes Water Polo Club is seeking a Head Coach for our Girls Program.

We are a long-standing, competitive club in the South Bay with a strong tradition of developing athletes from the youth level through high school. Our girls’ program is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an energetic, experienced coach to lead the next phase of development.

Position Details:

  • Head Coach for the girls side of the club (ages 10U through high school)

  • Oversee training, skill development, and competition schedules

  • Collaborate with the boys’ side leadership and club administration

  • Mentor assistant coaches and foster a positive, competitive culture

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Passion for developing athletes and growing the sport of water polo

  • Ability to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels

This is an excellent opportunity to coach in a supportive community with access to strong facilities and motivated athletes.
